We invite you to discover the Roque Saint-Christophe at night, to attend a wonderful sound and light show, and to take a poetic nocturnal stroll designed to entertain and amaze families (from Monday to Thursday, starting at 10:00 PM during the summer season). A unique opportunity to wander and marvel at 16 scenes created for La Roque Saint-Christophe.

Thanks to modern lighting and projection techniques (mapping), the walls of the Roque Saint-Christophe transform into living canvases: 16 scenes on which the dreams of Guilhem, a 17th-century painter and fresco artist, come to life. An enchanting window opens before your eyes, in a breathtaking natural setting!

A knight, a dancer, a musician wolf, and a unicorn makeup artist… They accompany you on your walk, appearing as if they were coming to life from scenes of light.

Does the daytime entry ticket include access to the night visit?
Access to the night visit requires a specific ticket, separate from the one used for the daytime visit to the site.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
To ensure your comfort, we strongly recommend that you book online in advance, given the busy July/August season.
Can I buy my ticket on site on the day of the event?
Depending on availability, tickets can be purchased on the day. However, to guarantee your access, advance online booking is strongly recommended.
I have an undated ticket; how can I use it to visit the site at night?
Holders of undated tickets should contact the organization or go to reception to plan their visit according to available dates and capacity.
What are the start and end times for the night visit?
The night visit evenings take place from Monday to Thursday, from July 6 to August 27, starting at nightfall after the doors open at 10:00 PM (a little earlier after August 15).
How much time should be set aside for the night visit?
The duration of the night walk is approximately 1 hour. You may stay at the site for as long as you wish.
Is the site open to visitors before the evening event starts?
No, the site closes at 7:30 PM and reopens at 10:00 PM (a little earlier after August 15). The daytime tour route is slightly different during the night events (there is no loop for safety reasons; you head back down through the Fort). These are two different visitor experiences, as at night, you do not see the landscape, but are focused on the illuminated rock.
Can we dine at the park?
Dining options are available:
– Gourmet market at the foot of the site, Monday evenings from 6:00 PM (no reservation required; bring your own cutlery and eco-cup; several stalls, homemade food, and low prices).
– Medieval meal on Tuesday evenings at the foot of the site (same location as the gourmet market), no reservation required, medieval-style cuisine.
– At the restaurant La Table de l’Ecuyer, just before the site entrance, across from the ponds, on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Is it possible to leave the park to have a picnic and come back for the night visit?
The site will be closed from 7:30 PM (when daytime visits end) to 10:00 PM (reopening for night visits). Visitors with a daytime ticket benefit from a preferential rate but must still pay the night ticket price. The daytime and nighttime ticketing systems are separate.
Is the night event still held in case of rain?
The night walk takes place even in case of light rain. Special arrangements may be made to ensure visitor comfort depending on weather conditions.
Is La Roche Enchantée suitable for children?
Designed to captivate a family audience, this night walk on the large illuminated terrace is suitable for both children and adults.
Is the night visit accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
The site makes every effort to ensure accessibility for people with reduced mobility, although some areas may present access difficulties due to the nature of the terrain.
