Cyril Marie, a pianist with an international career

Cyril Marie began playing the piano at the age of six.

A graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, he earned a First Prize in piano under Aldo Ciccolini and a First Prize in chamber music under Jean Hubeau.

He then continued his studies at Indiana University in the United States, where his encounter with the great pianist and teacher György Sebök had a profound influence on his artistic career.

For nearly thirty years, he has divided his time between France and India, a country whose spirituality nourishes his vision of music.

For Cyril Marie, the piano goes beyond mere musical performance: it is a path to emotion, inner reflection, and the sacred.
